It only takes one stop from Heidelberg main railway station to the Karlstorbahnhof S-Bahn station to quickly reach us - even with a panoramic castle view.  It is only 1 stop and saves you time, carrying luggage across the railway station and also cab money.

 

Walk then  from the S-Bahn station across the foot bridge and enjoy a panoramic view across the  river Neckar onto Heidelberg castle. In 8 minutes you will have reached us by foot.

 

Perhaps some boats pass through the locks and you can watch them beeing elevated. Also a very good attaction for children. Up on the hill to the right you can see our house vineyard "Sunny side upon the bridge" - the wines are sold exclusively in our restaurants.
