So many ways and possibilities to criticise and compliment on travel websites and social media. Inbetween a lot of grey zone. Established restaurant and hotelguides  are still one of the most  reliable sources to give hints and tips to the travellers based on professional travel research by independant travel inspectors. Would you help us to make our hotel Hirschgasse more known to the rest of who deserve to know about us?

We take comments and critics regarding our hotel, staff, food and wine - everything - very serious, because we grow on feed-back from our customers in order to become better.

We love talking to our customers and act very swiftly upon their wishes, because we want them to leave happy - so whilst you are here with us  - please share!
